Q01 What areas do you service?

We’re based in Brisbane and cover the greater Brisbane region. For jobs outside these metro areas, contact us — we travel for larger jobs.

Q02 How quickly can you get to my property?

Quotes are returned within 24 business hours. Most residential jobs are scheduled within the same week. We keep a storm-response crew on call for urgent gutter and roof work.

Q03 How are your prices calculated?

We price per surface, not per hour. That means a fixed quote you see before we start — no surprise invoices at the end. Pricing depends on surface type, square metreage, access and current condition.

Q04 Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $20 million in public liability insurance. Certificates of currency are issued on request for strata, commercial and government jobs.

Q05 Will high pressure damage my render or roof tiles?

Not with our process. We soft-wash delicate surfaces — render, paint, roof tiles — using a low-pressure chemical approach that kills algae at the root without blasting the surface.

Q06 Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. As long as we have access to an outdoor tap and power, you can leave us to it. Many regulars hand us a gate code and come home to a clean property.

Q07 What payment methods do you accept?

Card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. Invoice terms available for commercial and strata clients.

Q08 Do you offer discounts for regular bookings?

Yes — we discount weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules. Most common for commercial window cleans, strata gutters and quarterly house washes.

Q09 What if I’m not happy with the result?

Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it at no extra cost. We don’t consider a job done until you’re happy.
