Q01 How does the fixed quote work?

We price per surface, not per hour. Tell us the service and city on the form above and we’ll call within 24 business hours with a fixed number — the price we quote is the price you pay, no surprise invoice at the end.

Q02 What areas do you cover?

Brisbane is our primary service area, with the Sunshine Coast as a secondary area. If you’re just outside either, mention it in the notes — we travel for larger jobs.

Q03 Are you insured, and what if something gets damaged?

Yes. Every job is covered by a $20 million public liability policy, and certificates of currency are issued on request for strata, commercial and government work.

Q04 How soon can you start?

Quotes are returned within 24 business hours and most residential jobs are scheduled within the same week. We also keep a storm-response crew on call for urgent gutter and roof work.

Q05 Will pressure washing damage my render, paint or roof tiles?

Not with our process. Delicate surfaces — render, paint, roof tiles — are soft-washed with a low-pressure chemical approach that kills algae at the root without blasting the surface.

Q06 What payment methods do you accept?

Card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. Invoice terms are available for commercial and strata clients.
